We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to work flexible hours and deliver excellent service on our trade counter and over the phone. You’ll be committed to delivering outstanding customer experience and helping the team meet sales targets.
The role
You will be contracted to a set minimum number of hours per week and may be required to work additional hours during the peak trading/ heating season. Hours and shifts will be agreed with you with plenty of notice.

About you
As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll enjoy working within a team and have a dedicated focus on driving results, whilst being committed to acting with integrity and honesty in everything you do. You’ll be flexible with working hours and have a proven track record in overseeing a team, selling or assisting customers with purchases. Enthusiasm and a can‑do attitude are very important—knowledge of plumbing/heating products is a plus.
