Business Development and Bid Manager at Design-Led Architecture Practice
Based in Central London with a hybrid pattern (3 office / 2 remote), the studio seeks a bid professional who can turn insights into outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Lead EOIs, PQQs, ITTs and fee proposals from kick-off to submission, ensuring brand consistency
* Track portals, shortlist opportunities and brief directors on strategic fit
* Maintain CRM, client target lists and monthly pipeline dashboards
* Chair business-development meetings, logging feedback and refining win ratios
* Coordinate sector research, events and external collaborations with industry bodies
Skills
* Proven bid management within architecture, engineering or similar creative fields
* Command of Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint and CRM platforms
* Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders and external partners
* Strong writing skills, eye for graphic detail and understanding of ISO-aligned quality systems
