They are now seeking an experienced marketer who can lead how the organisation shows up in the world. It is about driving real change through brand strategy, defining the brand, who it needs to reach, what it needs to say and how, in a clear, consistent and compelling way.
The Role:
* Lead the development and launch of a clear, insight-driven brand and marketing strategy
* Define and prioritise key audiences — from people who need support, to partners, funders, and referrers.
* Sharpen messaging to cut through, build trust, and drive action
* Increase awareness of the organisation’s work and impact
* Bring focus, consistency, and direction to all communications
The Person
* Proven experience using brand strategy to drive tangible change
* Strong audience insight — knowing who matters and how to reach them
* Experience launching or repositioning a brand, product, or organisation
* Confidence handling sensitive, human stories and building trust
* Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
Candidates may come from the charity sector or a commercial environment, but will be motivated by applying their skills to a purpose-driven organisation that really does change people’s lives.
