At WTW, we’re proud of our enviable client list and our reputation for delivering smart, practical consulting advice and innovative solutions. Our success comes from our highly skilled colleagues, who bring expertise, collaboration, and access to world-class resources.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our national Defined Contribution DC Consulting team as a DC Pensions Consultant, where you’ll work alongside senior consultants supporting some of the UK’s largest employers and most forward-thinking DC schemes.
This is more than just a role – it’s a chance to develop your consulting skills in a leading advisory firm, with the support of experienced mentors, exposure to high-profile clients, and a culture that values flexibility, hybrid working, and work-life balance.
At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution. We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and so we encourage requests for all types of flexible working as well as location-based arrangements.
