Overview
Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (AC Biased) – Bournemouth and South Coast. Join a dynamic Facilities Management team across a diverse portfolio of sites in Bournemouth and the South Coast. Salary up to GBP50,000 with a company van, fuel card and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
* Performing PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of plant and equipment, with a primary focus on AC systems (splits, VRVs, AHUs, chillers, etc.).
* Carrying out minor installations and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., lighting, power, plumbing, fire alarms) and basic fault finding.
* Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Liaising with clients and colleagues in a professional and effective manner.
* Completing all necessary paperwork and reports accurately.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer within an FM environment.
* Strong AC qualifications (e.g., F-Gas Category 1) and extensive practical experience with various AC systems.
* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations) are highly desirable.
* A solid understanding of mechanical systems and general building services.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
