We are working with a leading international insurance broker who are seeking to hire an M&A Paralegal in London. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A insurance industry.
Responsibilities include:
* Handle incoming enquiries from clients, brokers, and third parties
* Provide support to brokers, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams throughout policy lifecycle.
* Directly supporting senior brokers on live M&A deals
* Managing a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow
About you:
Industry experience is welcome, but not necessary. A background or education in M&A/Corporate Law is desirable.
* Experience in a law firm
* A desire to build a career within the insurance industry.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of an organisation.
