Production Operative - Loading & Filling £14.24 per hour (including rolled-up holiday pay) We are currently seeking 3 Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation within the chemical industry. This is a hands-on role involving loading, filling, and general production duties. Successful candidates will be reliable, physically fit, and able to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately. Key Responsibilities Loading and filling products in line with production requirements Following written work instructions precisely Carrying out basic calculations as part of production processes Maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times Performing general housekeeping and support duties within the production area Candidate Requirements Good English and maths skills Ability to follow written instructions and procedures Physically fit, as the role involves regular heavy lifting and manual handling Reliable, hardworking and punctual Effective team player Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Desirable Skills FLT experience or licence would be advantageous but is not essential FLT training will be provided upon successful completion of the probation period Additional Information This role is based within a chemical manufacturing environment. Due to the nature of the workplace, candidates must be in good general health and comfortable working in this setting.
