Key Responsibilities
* Administering medications
* Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
* Assist in monitoring mental and physical wellbeing, reporting concerns to qualified staff.

* Maintain accurate documentation in line with service requirements.
Requirements
* Care Certificate or SVQ qualification in Health & Social Care
* At least 6 months of experience in care
* Full UK driving licence (Preferred)
* SSSC Registration
* PVG Certificate
* Practical Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training
* PMVA Trained
