* Serve food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and excellence at all times.
* Possess complete knowledge of all menus — including St James Bar, Afternoon Tea, Rose Lounge, and Wild Honey St James.
* Deliver attentive and professional service, anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
* Support the smooth operation of the St James Bar alongside your colleagues, promoting a service of excellence.
* Accurately process guest checks on the Micros system and maintain responsibility for stock and cash handling.
* Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the bar area and report any maintenance needs promptly.
* Support training initiatives to enhance team product knowledge and operational standards.
* Attend pre-service briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
* Uphold all licensing, food safety, health & safety, and fire regulations.
* Demonstrate flexibility by supporting other areas of the hotel when required.

* You are confident using Micros and have strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
