The Manager, Client Digital Implementations is highly detailed oriented; motivated self-starter; has excellent organizational skills and passion for excellence, team building and values innovation and success.

While this role is a non-development role, he/she should have effective problem-solving skills and have sound understanding of system landscapes. He/she is capable to roll up their sleeves to investigate issues and identify solutions as needed. They will also, develop in-depth knowledge of business requests, priorities, and impacts to be able to effectively manage the team. This person should be self-motivated and able to learn quickly to adapt to the fast-paced work environment.

The Manager, Client Digital Implementations will also handle the release management process and is responsible for approving application deployments and ensuring change control process is followed with high quality.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Own the digital development requirements for project implementation starting from project planning to project closure - coordinating with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical developers to manage project timelines, milestones, and business expectations
2. Leads team responsible for producing architecture, design, code, tests, documentation, and other artifacts as required to guide all digital development
3. Building strong relationship with the internal teams and client(s)
4. Leading project meetings (technical workshops, kick-offs, steering committees, and status meetings, etc.)
5. Provide leadership and direction for major incidents. Able to understand all facets of the issue, maintain control and effectively deescalate the matter
6. Managing team - Setting team goals, hosting staff meetings and provide coaching to direct reports and participate in recruitment process. Setting team priorities, triage support tickets, host staff meetings, coaching and ensure internal/external service level (SLA) agreements are met.
7. Participate in continuous improvements, process management, and implement team process changes
8. Other duties as assigned

9. Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen
10. Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

12. Must be a player/coach – demonstrating strong architectural and implementation skills and leadership
13. 5+ years of ETL development or project management experience with any leading platforms (Informatica/Boomi/Talend/Sterling Integrator). Boomi experience preferred.
14. Experience working with Web API/Services (JSON/XML) to develop real-time integrations with internal/external systems
15. In-depth knowledge of relational databases and extensive experience with SQL scripting (TSQL/DDL/DML) – SQL Server preferred
16. Knowledge for freight forwarding and warehouse applications a plus
17. Any experience in Microsoft Development Stack is a plus
18. Strong written and verbal skills, both business and technical
19. Ability to work independently and remain focused under time constraints
20. Experience in trouble shooting with a penchant to provide high quality work is preferred
21. Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
22. Experience leading development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
23. At present the Company is not providing work sponsorship and incumbent must be legally authorized to work in the country for where they are applying f

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

24. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience sufficient.
25. Strong preference is given to those who have continued to upgrade their skills through education, training, and certifications.
26. 3+ Years leading technical cross-functional Agile teams
27. 5+ years practical system integration experience and/or business-related experience
28. 3+ years of managing and growing a team responsible for enterprise integrations and/or business-related teams
29. 5+ years of ETL development or project management experience with any leading platforms (Informatica/Boomi/Talend/Sterling Integrator). Boomi experience preferred.
30. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
31. Experience with Dell Boomi, IBM Sterling Integrator, Informatica, or MuleSoft
32. Hands-on with experience with Azure cloud offerings
