Clerical Officer/Audio Typist Band 2

37 hours/week Monday to Friday (Job share considered). With effect from 01 April 2026, NHS Scotland is reducing its full time working week from 37 to 36 hours per week; there will be no change in full time pay.
Applications are invited for the post of Clerical Officer/Audio Typist within the Paediatric Office, Women, Children & Families Division at Ninewells Hospital. You should have a positive, team working approach and possess good IT skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people including patients, clinicians and other departments. Training will be provided. A knowledge of NHS administration systems would be advantageous as well as previous typing experience.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
