Key Account Manager – Anti-Infectives (Field-Based – Scotland & North)

We’re hiring a Key Account Manager to join a fast-growing specialty pharmaceutical company with an impressive pipeline and a successful recent launch in anti-infectives. This is a field-based position with no office requirement—ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, variety, and real ownership of their territory.
Responsibilities:
* Promote and represent a specialist anti-infectives portfolio to hospital-based physicians and stakeholders
* Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and formulary decision-makers
* Drive access and usage across accounts within Scotland, the North East, and part of the North West
* Collaborate on strategy with the UK Sales Manager and support upcoming launches (including in pain management)
* Attend national and international conferences and engage in continuous market development
* Regularly report activity and maintain CRM data
Requirements:
* Strong track record in hospital sales, particularly secondary care
* Experience navigating formulary processes and working with hospital stakeholders
* Knowledge of anti-infectives is a plus, but not essential
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Self-starter with excellent planning and organisation
