The Role
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Banking and Finance lawyer to join a high performing Leeds team at Associate or Senior Associate Level.
You will work across a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions, taking responsibility for drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation and intercreditor arrangements, as well as managing conditions precedent processes from inception through to completion.
Specific type of work includes leveraged finance, corporate banking finance, property finance, investment finance and more. This role offers a broad range of finance work, although geared towards the corporate banking realm.
