iO Associates are supporting a global engineering organisation known for delivering complex, high-profile programmes. With teams operating across multiple countries, the business is investing in the continuous improvement of its digital engineering capabilities and collaborative working practices to hire Project Support Coordinator.
The role will support the adoption and continuous improvement of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform used across international engineering teams.
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate stakeholders, end users and technical teams
* Create and maintain project plans, governance and reporting
* Support roadmap planning and prioritisation activities
* Drive communication, engagement and project updates across the user community
* Produce KPI reporting and performance metrics
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Manager role
* Experience supporting technical or IT-focused projects
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
