Hays have partnered with a leading investment bank to appoint an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to manage a number ofplex EoL initiatives following a business entity merger. Role: Senior EoL Delivery Lead
Length: Initial 6 months, likely extension
Location: London
Hybrid: Yes (3 days in-office)
Rate: £750 - £830/day via Umbrella
Your new role
As the Senior Delivery Lead, you will lead and coordinate the delivery of EoL remediation initiatives within the organisation following a business entity merger. Your core duties will be strategic, reporting to the steer-co and facing up to senior stakeholders while providing strong delivery oversight and engaging with engineering, infrastructure and test teams to deliver product backlogs/roadmaps. Your core experience/responsibilities will include:
1. Define mitigation strategies and delivery approaches across upgrades, re‑designs, risk acceptance, and long‑term remediation models that embed sustainable EoL management.
2. Coordinate cross‑functional teams and reporting, ensuring clear progress tracking, strongmunication, accurate risk/audit updates, and sufficient resourcing to hit delivery milestones.
3. You'll be a hands‑on delivery leader with proven success drivingplex application EoL initiatives across matrixed, multi‑disciplinary technology teams in regulated environments.
4. You will bring strong stakeholder influencing and problem‑solving skills, able to drive accountability,municate clearly, and manage multiple concurrent remediation projects.
5. Expert in delivery execution, including resource coordination, progress tracking, and use of Agile/project tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
