Position Overview:

Main Job Functions:
* Provide timely estimates for arrival at customer sites based on job instructions.
* Communicate with site management to register your arrival and adhere to site procedures.
* Diagnose equipment issues in collaboration with customer operators, using specialized tools.
* Identify and requisition necessary parts for repairs, ensuring timely delivery.
* Perform repairs and service work according to the agreed plan, ensuring machines meet required standards.

* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills, even under pressure.
* Effective problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skills.
* Motivated and dynamic self-starter.
Education and Experience:
* Proficient in using field-based diagnostic tools and equipment.
* Knowledge of heavy earth-moving equipment operations.
* LDV driving license required.
* Apprentice-trained engineer or formally trained (NVQ Level 3 preferred) with significant experience as a service engineer.
* Experience with a variety of construction and static machines is essential.
