Property Lister - Estate Agent
Salary: £55,000 to £70,000 OTE. Realistic earnings: £48,000 for an OK performer, £57,000 for a good performer, £65,000 plus for exceptional.

What You Will Be Doing
* Booking and carrying out market appraisals
* Converting valuations into instructions through a consultative, rapport-led approach
* Generating new business through prospecting, networking, door knocking and consistent follow up
* Becoming a trusted local property specialist
* Managing listings from instruction to launch
* Tailoring marketing strategies for each property
* Using modern systems and AI to streamline your workflow
* Sharing ideas that support innovation and the future direction of the business

You do not need estate agency experience. Candidates from sales, hospitality, customer service, retail management, recruitment and other people‑focused industries often excel in this role.
