To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Team Leader to join our team.
As the Team Leader you will work within the centre ensuring customer safety and high standards of service and customer care at all times. The role will involve supervision of specific activities dry-side and pool, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and the safe handling and set up of equipment.
You will manage the poolside team and also assist the duty manager in the completion of tasks where required.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free gym membership.
Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
Qualifications / Requirements
* You will hold a national pool lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) and it’s desirable that you hold a first aid at work and pool plant certificate.
* You will have experience of managing a team, as well as similar experience and be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Water Meadows, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.
