Overview
At Evolve Psychology Services, we empower clinicians with tools and support to deliver exceptional care to children, young people, and their families. You will join a multidisciplinary team specialising in high-quality, evidence-based autism and ADHD assessments, through both NHS-funded and private pathways. This hybrid role (digital and in-person) offers part-time and full-time options with a minimum of three days per week.
Responsibilities
* Conduct remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom.
* Collaborate in peer MDT diagnostic discussions, with senior clinician support when needed.
* Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
* Produce accurate clinical reports, including diagnostic formulations, with the aid of smart tools.
* Work toward service KPIs and participate in supervision where applicable.
* Provide consultation to colleagues, quality-check reports, and contribute to service development projects.
* Travel to a clinic base to conduct in-person assessments (hybrid role).

Qualifications And Experience
* Must hold HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling, or Educational).
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young people.
* Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations.
* In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism and ADHD.
* Trained in diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, etc.
* Effective time management and caseload organisation with ability to meet clinical deadlines.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and participate in collaborative diagnostic discussions.
* Highly developed written language skills for high-quality clinical reports.
* Strong communication skills with children, young people, and families.
* Must be eligible to work in the UK.
