Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Project Administrator, a 12-month contract based onsite at our clients' offices in Peterhead (north of Aberdeen). £12-month contract Assisting the project teams with general administration duties, such as booking meeting rooms, ordering stationery, dealing with office deliveries. Managing project trackers for site personnel and fleet vehicles. Supporting the Project Coordination Team to meet deadlines. Is competent using Microsoft Office packages and has a flair for picking up new IT systems. Has good literacy and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.
