HR Advisor | Energy Sector
E1 Partners are recruiting on behalf of a leading energy client for an HR Advisor to join a growing, values-driven business.
This is a visible, hands-on generalist role supporting day-to-day HR operations and providing first-line HR advice across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in payroll and benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, and people initiatives that support a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* First-line HR advice to employees and line managers
* HR administration and HRIS management
* End-to-end payroll preparation and coordination
* Benefits and pension administration
* Supporting performance, probation, and development processes
* Assisting with employee relations casework and HR projects
* Coordinating onboarding and training activities
About you:
* Experience in a generalist HR Coordinator or HR Advisor role
* Payroll and benefits administration experience
* Good knowledge of UK employment law
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Confident communicator able to build strong relationships
