The Company CDM Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established service, logistics, and facilities provider to the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors, supporting major global organisations through their infrastructure, warehousing, and logistics operations. Our client is now looking to strengthen their Warehousing & Logistics team with a forward-thinking, IT-savvy individual who can grow into a key role within the business. The Role This role would suit someone who has progressed from a warehouse or shopfloor environment into stock control, inventory, auditing, or quality-focused roles, and is now looking to take the next step. While this remains a hands-on operational position, the focus is firmly on inventory accuracy, systems improvement, process modernisation, and ownership of warehouse data and controls, rather than purely forklift driving. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and wider operations team, acting as a key link between physical warehouse activity and system-based control.
