Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Cardiff for a Digital Content Creator. As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and curating engaging digital content across multiple platforms. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include managing social media accounts, producing multimedia content, developing creative campaigns, analysing content performance, and collaborating with the Head of Marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging. You will play a key role in enhancing the online presence and engagement of Caron Group.
What you’ll do
* Capture photography and video that showcases life in our homes.
* Create short‑form content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
* Support in brochure and newsletter creation.
* Produce polished video edits, interviews, graphics and digital assets.
* Support the Head of Marketing with campaigns, storytelling, and content planning.
* Build positive relationships across our homes to ensure a steady flow of great content.
* Support in social media and website management.

* A creative content producer with proven experience in photography/videography.

Qualifications
* Content Creation and Multimedia Production skills, including writing, photo and video editing, and storytelling
* Social Media Management skills with experience in scheduling, posting, and analysing performance metrics
* Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Campaign Development to drive engagement and brand visibility
* Basic skills in SEO and website content management systems such as WordPress
* Proficiency in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
* Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with creativity and attention to detail
* Understanding of the healthcare or senior care sector is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
