Your Tasks
We are looking for a highly proactive and multi-talented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique, "hub" role that sits at the intersection of Office Management, HR/Finance Administration, and Executive Support.
The ideal candidate is a confident self-starter who enjoys variety and isn't afraid to wear many hats. One moment you might be coordinating a visit from our Executive Team or downloading financial reports, and the next, you’ll be creatively planning a team event or ensuring our office environment is welcoming and fully stocked.
What You’ll Do
Office Management & Front of House
* Environment & Supplies: Maintain a professional and inspiring office space. Manage the "order shop" by procuring stationery, kitchen supplies, and equipment.
* Visitor Experience: Act as the first point of contact, hosting visitors and ensuring a warm, professional welcome.
* Facilities: Manage relationships with building maintenance, cleaners, and external vendors.
Finance & HR Administration
* Finance Support: Assist the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks, processing invoices, and downloading monthly financial reports.
* HR Administration: Support the employee lifecycle by assisting with onboarding/offboarding, payroll support, and ordering learning materials.
* Compliance: Ensure office health and safety standards are met and documentation is kept up to date.
Junior Executive Support
* Admin Assistance: Support senior management with travel bookings, creating presentations and administrative tasks.
* Reporting: Pull data and compile reports from various systems to support executive decision-making.
Events & Culture
* Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of internal team socials, workshops, and external client events.
* Creative Input: Use your creativity to suggest improvements to office culture and employee engagement initiatives.

* Creativity: You bring fresh ideas to office layout, events, and problem-solving.
Requirements:
* Full Driving License: Ability to drive is essential for running office errands and coordinating off-site events.
* Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite (advantageous) and comfortable learning new software (HRIS/Finance portals).
* Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, front-of-house, or coordinator role is highly desirable.
