The Therapist will also be responsible for managing front desk operations and social media management to enhance client engagement.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality therapeutic services, including laser hair removal, Facial, and massage
* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
* Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries.
* Engage in social media management to promote services and interact with clients online.
* Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
* Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, adhering to health and safety standards.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
* Demonstrate effective communication skills in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a therapeutic role, with skills in laser hair removall
* Strong customer service skills .
* Experience in front desk management is an advantage.
* Familiarity with social media platforms for business promotion is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
