We’re hiring an EMEA Benefits professional to support and coordinate employee benefits across multiple European countries. This role needs hands‑on experience navigating regional vendors, country‑level practices, and multi‑country benefits administration.

The role ensures employees have access to health, wellness, pensions, and leave programs while maintaining compliance with local statutory regulations and labor laws.

You will partner closely with the Global Benefits Team, HR, Legal, Finance, and external vendors, leveraging AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

Why You’ll Enjoy This Role

  • You enjoy managing complex benefits programmes across multiple countries, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and employee experience.
  • You understand the difference between statutory and discretionary benefits and can apply that knowledge in a practical way.
  • You thrive in a hands‑on role, take ownership, and are confident managing programmes independently.
  • You are comfortable navigating multi‑country regulations and partnering with internal teams and external vendors.
  • You are motivated to improve processes, embrace AI and automation, and enhance the way benefits are delivered to employees.

Responsibilities

  • Administer EMEA benefits programmes, including health & welfare, wellness, pensions, and leave.
  • Manage enrolments, changes, terminations, renewals, and ongoing programme maintenance.
  • Support compliance with local regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies, including audits and data reviews.
  • Coordinate with brokers, insurers, and third‑party administrators to ensure smooth delivery and resolve issues.
  • Support employees and HR with benefits and leave queries, ensuring accurate pay and a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain and validate benefits data, produce reporting on participation and costs, and use AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting benefits across multiple EMEA countries (including key markets such as Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Switzerland, Ireland, and the Netherlands)
  • Experience with European benefits administration, vendors, and compliance practices
  • Exposure to pensions, risk benefits, leave, and wellbeing programmes across Europe
  • Ability to work across country stakeholders, payroll, HRIS, and external providers
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly.

We seek candidates who not only demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies but have also successfully implemented and utilized AI tools to enhance their work, improve processes, or deliver measurable results. Our teams embrace continuous learning and the thoughtful integration of AI to create meaningful impact – for our employees and the future of work.

Benefits

  • Work-Life Balance: 25 days annual leave, birthday time off, and volunteering leave.
  • Health & Well‑being: Private medical insurance, employee assistance program, enhanced parental leave, and free eye tests.
  • Financial Rewards: Group income protection, pension scheme, and exclusive discounts with our bYond card.
  • Flexibility & Engagement: Office group activities and support for physical and mental health.
  • Recognition: Participate in Flyers, our leading recognition program with financial rewards.
  • Hybrid: Typically 2 days per week in the office. We’re open to flexible working arrangements and will consider reasonable adjustments in line with individual needs.
