As Support Services Administrator, you will provide high-quality administration support across the Pension and Investments Transfer Teams to ensure the efficiency of daily activities. You will deliver outstanding service to our Advisers, Partners, and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Accurately recording case data within set timeframes
* Ensuring MI is accurate, current, and issued promptly
* Distributing workloads effectively to meet SLAs
* Collaborating with the Team Leader and colleagues for resource planning
* Being the first point of contact for Advisers and their teams for case support
* Maintaining professionalism, ethics, and compliance in all tasks
What you will need to succeed:
* Experience in a busy administrative role with customer service
* Financial Services experience is advantageous but not essential
* Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexibility to work individually and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and adherence to processes for high-quality service
