As a carer with MSH, your role is to help people live independently at home. This includes assisting with personal care, medication reminders, companionship, and friendly conversation. You have the ability to make a positive difference in someone's day.

***£250 Signing Bonus paid after 3 months of employment for contracts of 30+ hours/week (eligible for hires starting 13/5/2025)***
Prior experience is welcomed but not required.
What you need to know:
* Every client is unique, and so is each day in this role.
* You will tailor care to meet individual needs and personalities.
* Your responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, shopping calls, and companionship.
* Set shift patterns with alternate weekends off.
* MUST HAVE UK DRIVING LICENSE
What we need from you:
* Caring, empathetic, flexible, and respectful attitude.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
* Must have a driving license
* Be 18 years old or older.
* Competitive hourly rate of £12.50 - £13.52.
* Client Uplifts from £0.50 to £4.50.
* Flexible rota schedule with permanent contracts and guaranteed hours.
* Travel time paid at NMW between visits.
* Refer a Friend Bonus.
