As a bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day financial operations of various organisations. Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper Job: Maintain and update financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies as they arise Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Preparation of Quarterly VAT Returns Communication with clients, to request documents and statements Performing day-to-day bank and ledger reconciliations Requirements of the Bookkeeper Job: Will need previous experience within a UK accountancy firm.
