The Team Leader Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll work closely with seniormanagement to assess support needs, implement person-centred plans, and inspirenew ideas to continually improve the quality of care and support we provide.
You will:
* Lead, support, and inspire yourteam across multiple services
* Ensure person-centred,high-quality care is delivered at all times
* Drive positive outcomes forindividuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
* Oversee support plans, compliance,and internal quality audits
* Build strong, trusted relationshipswith families, colleagues, and professionals
About you
You're someone who’s passionate about making adifference — a natural leader who thrives in a care setting and knows how tobring out the best in others.
* Experience supporting adults withlearning disabilities or complex needs
* A Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health andSocial Care (or willing to work towards it)
* The ability to lead, motivate, anddevelop a team
* A kind, respectful, andemotionally intelligent approach
