Key responsibilities of a Lead Process Engineer: Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects across process, mechanical, electrical, automation, and civil works. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest safety standards. Partner with commercial teams to develop technical designs, budgets, and customer proposals. Feed operational insights back into R&D to drive innovation and system improvements. Manage documentation, procurement, and handovers to ensure smooth operations. What We’re Looking For Experience in anaerobic digestion, wastewater, or energy-from-waste facilities. Strong project and financial management skills. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards. Skilled in procurement, supplier management, and technical delivery.
