We have a fantastic new 1-year FTC role for a Private Equity client based in Mayfair. We are looking for a superhero to take on this position. A background in a similar position in a global Private Equity or Investment firm is a must for this position. This is a busy role working for one of the world's top Investment firms and requires a highly capable, bright, and organised person with a knowledgeable background. Head of Operations UK - Responsible for the operational function of the UK office of this global Private Equity firm. This role requires a wide range of duties, including; HR - onboarding, offboarding, referencing, maternity, paternity, sickness, staff management and relations, enforcement of company policy, absence and holiday records. IT Managing the UK IT facility and phone, AV and security contractors. Ensuring stock levels are maintained. Health and Safety Project management - including building projects, charity engagement, Art Management, London office, UK events Accounting - Processing UK accounting Financial compliance Operations Management The ideal candidate will be an experienced Operations/Office Manager who has previously worked at the top level and has an excellent understanding of Private Equity. You will be calm, diplomatic, and able to handle a busy role, always working at the highest level. Excellent communication skills and being a good judge of character are crucial for this position.
