We’ve partnered with some of the biggest names in the automotive industry. We’ve made our way from vision to prototype. We’ve secured a world-class production facility and delivery team. We’ve delivered Grenadiers to customers all around the world. We’re building our double cab pick-up, the Quartermaster.

Our Automotive team consist of around 1500 employees, 10 locations and 44 nationalities, we’re an international team working together to challenge the ordinary.

Working as part of our global HR team this individual will provide professional and comprehensive HR support to employees and managers within our HQ and regional offices of which locations include UK, EU, South Africa, Australia and USA. Responsibilities include company policies, compliance, and HR systems. Also working closely with the HR Business Partners to deliver the full spectrum of HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR-related topics
* Advise on HR policies, providing guidance and interpretation for employees and managers
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll submission and reporting
* Generate reports and advise on key metrics such as but not limited to turnover, retention, and absenteeism
* Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve employee experience
* Conduct regular trend analysis and feedback loop to HR Business Partners on HR topics
* Manage HR documentation, including contracts of employment, new starter packs, leaver paperwork, and policy updates
* Assist with employee relations matters such as disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management
* Maintain HR systems to ensure data and personnel records are up to date and in line with GDPR requirements
* Act as an ambassador for HR and INEOS Automotive, championing the culture and values of the business
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field and CIPD level 3 preferred, will consider qualification by experience
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role
* In depth knowledge of administering/reporting in relation to payroll and benefits
* A solid understanding of local employment legislation and HR practices across day-to-day people activities
* Confident in using HR/IT systems and MS Office suite (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
* Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Resourceful, problem-solving approach to work and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
* Great attention to detail and focus on quality
