A superb family run Waste Management business with a great presence in the Merseyside area is looking to hire a Sales Administrator. This a brand new role due to growth within the business. Ideal candidates will be excellent communicators, highly organised with great attention to detail and accuracy, alongside the ability to use systems effectively such as all Word packages, emails, crm systems and other platforms. You will have some previous administrative and customer service experience in either B2B or B2C, and be comfortable working to a fast pace. This role could progress into a more senior administrative role or a field based BDM role, depending on your preference as the company continues to grow. Salary 25-27k plus bonus/commission and benefits. Remit: Make calls to recently acquired clients to book in their onboarding process and explain each step of the contract roll out. Handle any queries they may have around this process. Provide efficient administration support to clients, confirming details of bookings and orders in a timely manner. Provide timely updates to management on client on boarding processes, and anticipate any issues that may arise and aim to avoid these through regular client communication. Issuing quotes to new clients following on from BDM meetings securing orders. Aministrative reports on Excel, word and other platforms. Data admin work, and other administrative tasks.
