We’re looking for a Programme Manager to lead a programme of work that spans both technical implementation and operational delivery, ensuring change lands well and delivers real value for the business. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams and operational areas, bringing structure, clarity and commercial insight to complex programmes aligned to our long-term goals. What you’ll be doing You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of a programme of work, partnering closely with the Head of Programme and senior stakeholders across the business. You’ll help shape programme strategy, coordinate multiple initiatives and ensure delivery stays aligned to business objectives. Key responsibilities include: Managing and delivering a programme of change projects aligned to the business roadmap Working with senior stakeholders to define programme strategy and communicate this clearly across the business Ensuring solutions are cost-effective, efficient and deliver clear operational and commercial impact Applying Travel Chapter programme delivery standards and suggesting areas for continuous improvement Ensuring appropriate programme governance is in place and followed Monitoring progress, budgets and timelines to ensure delivery remains on track Proactively identifying and managing programme risks and issues throughout the lifecycle Working cross-functionally to deliver change projects and process improvements, documenting and standardising processes where needed Identifying gaps and opportunities across systems and operations to improve efficiency Championing continuous improvement with a strong delivery focus Supporting additional projects or initiatives when required What we’re looking for Experience (essential): 3 years’ experience in programme management 3 years’ experience working with senior stakeholders and external partners Proven experience delivering both technical and operational projects Experience working in change or transformation environments Skills and capabilities: Strong programme and delivery management skills Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple workstreams Excellent written and verbal communication Confident stakeholder management at all levels Strong commercial awareness and understanding of operational impact Solutions-focused problem solver Calm under pressure, with a methodical and organised approach Ability to challenge constructively and support good decision-making Quick to understand systems and how they link to business processes Qualifications: GCSEs in English and Maths Educated to A level or degree level Project or change management qualifications are desirable Personal attributes: Polite, approachable and professional Organised, decisive and delivery focused Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment Working with us This role is primarily remote, with a requirement to attend our Norwich or Bideford office at least once per month to connect with stakeholders and the wider team.
