We're looking for an Information Coordinator to join our Kier Design Digital Team supporting our high-profile projects cross the business.
Location: Gloucester, Gloucestershire - hybrid working available, between project office and home / closer Kier office, a minimum of two days a week at project office are required.
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As Information Coordinator, you'll be working within the Kier Design Digital Team, focussing on adopting our information management process on our projects, ensuring compliance with industry and Kier standards, focussing on ISO 19650, and helping in delivering against client requirements. The role will be as part of a centralised Information Coordination Team so the successful applicant will be supporting other projects dependant on deadlines and annual leave cover.
Your day to day will include:
* Managing the CDE for the lifecycle of the project and in line with Kier procedures and standards, controlling and hosting training sessions for new users of the project CDE, either with groups or on an individual basis
* Acting as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors
* Providing ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the Information Coordination Team and Project Team, in line with client & Kier protocols and ISO 19650 where required

* You embody diverse and clear communication skills with experience of effective communication across multidisciplinary design teams, client teams, subcontractors, and the wider supply chain
* Are competent with EDMS and hold experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources
* Have the ability to handle a variety of situations at one given time, and to do so efficiently
