We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join a well established, prestigious client, working with well-known toy brands and managing a portfolio of larger, national retail accounts. What we’re looking for: ✅ Have a genuine passion for sales and the resilience to keep going ✅ Comfortable on the phone and confident building long-term relationships ✅ Open to using a CRM, managing a pipeline, and tracking activity properly ✅ Care about customers and take pride in looking after accounts ✅ Kind, supportive, and respectful to colleagues ✅ Prompt, organised, and good at getting back to people quickly The role: * Manage and grow a portfolio of established national accounts * Build strong relationships with buyers and key contacts * Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and open new business where it makes sense * Phone-led role with occasional customer visits * Own and develop accounts * Full-time, office-based role Experience: * Mid to experienced level preferred * Toy industry experience or existing contacts are a bonus, not essential * Strong attitude, work ethic, and communication skills matter most If you enjoy sales, like being part of a friendly team, and want a role where relationships genuinely matter, we’d love to hear from you
