As Senior Project Manager (Civils), you will take full operational responsibility for aplex, high‑value Civil Engineering project. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage all client and stakeholder interfaces, and ensure the scheme is delivered safely, to programme and to budget.You will:
1. Lead the full lifecycle delivery of a major Civils scheme, from mobilisation through to handover
2. Manage large delivery teams including engineering,mercial, design and subcontract partners
3. Drive programme certainty, risk mitigation and delivery excellence across all phases
4. Provide strong NEC3/NEC4 contract administration, early warnings, change control and reporting
5. Maintain close control of safety, quality, technical standards andpliance
6. Build collaborative, solution‑focused relationships with clients, local authorities and stakeholders
7. Lead strategic planning, resourcing, and project‑wide decision‑making
About YouYou will have:
8. Extensive experience leading large,plex Civil Engineering projects (structures, earthworks, highways, infrastructure, utilities or similar)
9. Proven success managing schemes technically demanding projects
10. Strongmand of NEC3/NEC4 contract requirements and project controls
11. Excellent leadership,munication and stakeholder engagement skills
12. Strong planning, risk management andmercial awareness
13. The presence and capability to drive teams, influence oues and deliver results
