Position Overview
This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in Manchester. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems and drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions such as ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include ASOS, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, TikTok, and The White Company.
Job Purpose
Our Paid Search (PPC) consultants team is working on helping our clients develop and grow their online businesses. We are looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist who shares our growth marketing mindset and has the relevant experience. The role requires a deep understanding of paid search, strategic planning, and a passion for driving results. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize paid search campaigns, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and implement paid search campaigns and personal development plans for team members.
* Define team expectations and communicate them effectively.
* Spot client challenges and support teammates in finding solutions.
* Leverage automation and data, including AI, to improve campaign performance.
* Monitor performance, analyze data, and deliver regular client reports with key metrics and recommendations.
* Stay informed about search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Drive innovation by championing new approaches, frameworks, and performance methodologies.
* Deliver compelling presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly during sales meetings and client workshops.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client goals.
* Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
What Are We Looking For
* Extensive experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid search and shopping campaigns, preferably in a digital agency.
* Experience mentoring or guiding digital specialists.
* Confident, competent, and empathetic communication style.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads.
* Proven track record of driving results and meeting client objectives.
* Excellent analytical skills for data‑driven optimization.
* Strong communication and presentation abilities.
* Analytical, flexible, and capable of independent work.
* Ability to present complex results in clear, understandable language.
