Offer description

We are delighted to invite applications for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our warm, welcoming, and highly supportive nursery team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small, independent, newly refurbished nursery that places children, staff wellbeing, and high-quality early years practice at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role:

We are seeking a minimum Level 3 qualified practitioner to work within either our Toddler Room or Baby Room, depending on experience and preference. You will play a key role in providing outstanding care, education, and emotional support to young children during a crucial stage of their development. Working closely with a highly qualified team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Your responsibilities will include supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, building strong and positive relationships with children and their families, carrying out observations and assessments, and ensuring safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are always followed. You will also be encouraged to contribute ideas, creativity, and professional insight to further enhance our practice.

Working Hours:

* 7.45am – 6.00pm

* 4 days per week with 1 day off, or 9 days every 2 weeks, supporting an excellent work–life balance

Salary:

* £26,032 – £29,000 per annum (Level 3)

* Salary dependent on experience and additional qualifications

Why Join Us?

We truly value our team and are proud to offer a generous and thoughtful benefits package, including:

* A wonderful, highly qualified staff team and very supportive management

* A small, independent nursery with small class sizes, allowing genuine child-focused practice

* A newly refurbished environment designed to support both children and staff

* Auto-enrolment pension scheme

* Ongoing staff training and professional development opportunities

* 4 weeks paid annual leave, plus an additional paid day for every year of employment

* A paid day off on your birthday

About You:

You will be nurturing, reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality early years care. A strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development is essential, along with a genuine passion for supporting young children in the baby or toddler age range.

If you are looking to join a nursery where you are truly valued, supported, and encouraged to grow professionally, we would love to hear from you
