Overview

This Role: Customer Service Advisor known internally as a "Senior Property Services Advisor"

Permanent Positions based on a 37.5hr week

Salary Range: £28,044 - £29,519 - Dependent upon experience

Location: Beeston, NG9 1LA - Free parking. The office location is a 10 min walk from Beeston Train Station

Are you looking for an exciting new role where you thrive on offering an outstanding service to customers? We are searching for passionate, driven individuals to join our Customer Contact team.


Responsibilities

* Support customers with property repair queries across various channels, resolving issues efficiently with professionalism and technical expertise.
* Work in a fast-paced, varied environment within the property repairs and maintenance domain, requiring adaptability.
* Coverage across core business hours is essential; be available to work between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift basis in Beeston. After training, there is flexibility to work remotely on a 10am–6pm shift.
