* 🔹 Full Project Ownership – Take the lead on global offshore projects, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction from contract award to closeout.
* 🔹 Turnkey Service Delivery – Manage a range of integrated MDL services, including equipment rental, engineering support, offshore personnel, and operational planning.
* 🔹 Client Engagement & Relationship Management – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust through proactive communication, problem‑solving, and high‑quality service delivery.
* 🔹 Project Execution & Risk Management – Define and control project scopes, costs, schedules, and risks, ensuring all work meets the highest safety, technical, and operational standards.
* 🔹 Cross‑Functional Coordination – Work closely with MDL’s Engineering, Operations, Assets, and Commercial teams to align project execution with strategic business objectives.
* 🔹 Offshore & International Presence – Travel to client locations, fabrication yards, and offshore worksites when required, ensuring seamless integration between planning and execution.
* 🔹 Commercial & Financial Oversight – Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and drive efficiencies to protect margins and maximise value for both MDL and its clients.

* 🔹 Technical understanding of offshore equipment, project logistics, and installation methodologies.
* 🔹 Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
* 🔹 Experience working with Operators, Tier 1 Contractors, and/or Vessel Owners internationally.
* 🔹 Formal Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, APM, or PRINCE2).
* 🔹 Experience working in an asset rental or service‑based project environment.
* 🔹 Background in engineering, operations, or offshore execution would be advantageous.
