About This Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be hungry for growth - both personally and professionally. They should be able to adapt quickly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.
This role involves helping to tell the stories of some of the biggest brands in the B2B space. You will work alongside our team of marketing experts to craft marketing campaigns and manage overall marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* To regularly communicate with clients to ensure they get the best service possible.
* To work with the wider team to develop effective campaigns for clients.
* To stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure we are always ahead of the competition.
* To provide regular insight reports to the Account Director regarding progress across all managed accounts.
* To identify best practices to refine our marketing playbook.
* To contribute ideas on how we can improve as a partner and an agency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience working within a marketing agency.
* Self-motivation, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
* The ability to lead calls with leaders in other organisations.
* Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
* A track record of managing accounts.
* A deep understanding of marketing, particularly in the B2B space.
* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
