As part of the Kalnas Group, we're backed by a multi-brand operation with over 50+ team members, multiple service lines, and a clear roadmap to scale. Social media is a huge part of our strategy, and this Senior Social Media Manager role is key in taking it to the next level.
The Role
This isn't a content monkey role, it's a senior, strategic, high-impact position. We need someone who can own the social media output across multiple clients and platforms, bring strategy and creativity, and push for growth and performance.
You'll be responsible for:
* Leading social strategy across multiple client accounts
* Creating and reviewing performance-driven content (not just pretty posts)
* Managing content calendars, social planning, and trend analysis
* Overseeing and improving creative output (static, video, UGC, stories, reels, etc.)
* Writing killer copy that engages and converts
* Providing training and mentoring to junior team members
* Reporting on performance and optimising campaigns for results
* Contributing to onboarding strategy and setting up new clients for success
* Bringing platform knowledge across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
We want someone who lives and breathes social and loves performance.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years in a social media-focused marketing role (agency preferred)
* Demonstrated experience in strategy, copywriting, content creation, and reporting
* Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
* Strong understanding of brand tone, messaging, and social trends
* Proficiency with content planning tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics
* Comfortable managing multiple clients and juggling priorities
* Hungry to grow and progress into a bigger leadership role
* Organised, proactive, creative, and results-obsessed

Who You'll Be Working With
You'll work closely with the Lead Marketing Manager, Head of service, the wider creative team, paid media specialists, client success managers, and our in-house development department.
