The Role The Marketing Executive will play a vital role in developing and executing marketing campaigns. This position requires a blend of creativity, writing and analytical skills, along with experience in using Pardot and Salesforce. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong copywriting and email design skills. Key Accountabilities Campaign Development: Create and execute cohesive, cyclical and multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve the objectives of driving audience engagement and enquiries. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are executed flawlessly. Copywriting: Craft action-driven copy for various marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, newsletters, advertisements and promotional content, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals. Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns using Pardot in line with pre-determined timelines, ensuring segmentation and targeting strategies are optimized for engagement and conversion. Website and App Management: Help maintain the Leaders website across all campaigns, memberships and content using WordPress (website) and Swapcard (app). Data Analysis: Utilize marketing analytics tools (Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics) to track campaign performance, measure results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Must be able to communicate results to senior management. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Operations, Commercial and Community Management, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and gather insights for campaign refinement. Develop and maintain all relevant marketing and sales collateral to support marketing campaigns and defined commercial needs – working closely with internal and external designers to deliver clear briefs. Brand Guardianship: Quality control across Leaders branded assets to ensure high standards are adhered to. Event Delivery: Assist in delivering in person and virtual events in the Leaders events calendar from a marketing communications perspective – being on-site when required. Requirements Preferred 2/3 years’ experience in a marketing role – event experience advantageous. Understanding of marketing principles, developments and new techniques and demonstrated experience in a marketing role. Experience and interest in the events or media industry preferable but not essential. Proficiency in using Pardot and Salesforce or other CRM/marketing automation tools. Experience in designing effective email campaigns and understanding email best practices – with experience using Canva and BeeFree (or similar platforms) beneficial. Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills with a proven track record of creating engaging content. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and drive decisions based on insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments. Ability to work in a global organization with different cultures and communication styles.
