Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Worker, located in Kirkby Stephen. The Care Worker will be responsible for providing personal care to clients, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Day-to-day tasks include helping with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication administration, and companionship. Additionally, the Care Worker will document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
* Experience in personal care and assisting with daily activities desired but not required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in a similar role or healthcare setting is advantageous but not required
