Job Summary:
As a Data Management Director - Strategic Data Provisioning and Data Quality in the Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will help craft the vision and drive execution of our data strategy across Global Private Bank. You will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your work will help ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility, supporting key business initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your leadership will help us maximize the value of our data and empower our teams.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the execution of the Data Provisioning strategy
2. Collaborate with use case owners to define data requirements and manage product dependencies
3. Partner with teams overseeing data governance, privacy, platform capabilities, and product development to prioritize and deliver key initiatives
4. Support agile product routines and management information systems to oversee cross-product data dependencies
5. Innovate and drive the strategic data vision across Asset and Wealth Management
6. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the Chief Data & Analytics Office
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
7. Demonstrate expertise in financial services industry
8. Apply technical knowledge of data management, governance, product management, agile transformation, analytics, metrics, reporting, and performance monitoring
9. Understand Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Asset Management businesses globally
10. Execute strategic or transformational change initiatives
11. Influence and collaborate effectively in a matrixed and complex environment
