2nd Line Support Engineer
London | 2 Months | Start ASAP | DBS | Inside IR35
We're currently recruiting for an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join our customer on a short term contract. This role is fully onsite, will require impeccable customer service skills accompanied by strong experience of supporting Microsoft Solutions.
Role Responsibilities:
* 2nd line support experience of: Windows 10/11, M365, AD, Azure, etc.
* Support Apple macOS & iOS devices, ensuring seamless integration.
* MDM Administration, Device management and stock control
* Experience supporting desktop virtualisation technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
* Desktop troubleshooting
* Updating the Asset Management system
* Management of Customer Endpoint protection
* Understanding of networking fundamentals TCP/IP DNS DHCP
* Experience in supporting Apple MacOS / Ios and MS Windows
* Familiarity with an ITSM tool
