UK Head of Retail

Sweet Bee Organics is a fast growing organic wellness and skincare brand with a strong DTC foundation and an expanding retail presence. As we enter the next phase of growth, we are appointing a Head of Retail to build, lead, and scale our retail strategy across wholesale partners, key accounts, and future owned retail concepts.
This is a senior, commercially accountable role with full ownership of retail revenue, performance, and brand execution in physical environments.
The Role
The Head of Retail will define and execute the end to end retail strategy. You will be responsible for where and how Sweet Bee Organics shows up in the physical world, ensuring retail becomes a high performing, profitable, and brand enhancing channel alongside DTC.
You will lead key retail relationships, manage and grow a high performing retail team, and work cross functionally to ensure flawless execution from pitch to shelf.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own and deliver the global retail strategy across the UK
2. Lead all retail revenue across wholesale, key accounts, and strategic retail partnerships
3. Secure and manage relationships with premium national and international retailers, clinics, spas, and wellness destinations
