You’ll be part of the Sourcing, Supply and Environmental practices team of 9, reporting to the Senior Sourcing, Supply and Environmental Manager. This team sits with the wider central F&B proposition team.Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you are based at other times. You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.With an interest in food and beverage, you’ll be helping source both food and non-food that supports the F&B proposition. This will involve supplier relationship management, negotiation, contract writing, product benchmarking and product set up. Items sourced will range from; key non-food kitchen elements to run a kitchen, food commodities ingredients, through to finished bought in food products. All of this will be done in line with our food sourcing standards and environmental and ethical policies. You’ll be communicating and working with both central F&B teams and with those operationally facing, such as Trainers and Area Managers.
